Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Anthony, JB, and the valet team were extremely helpful and quick when requesting our car, and drop off was easy. Will definitely be back.
Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations of this Hilton brand. Home2Suites is a great product and is now my choice of this brand choice over Marriott Courtyard. Nice, clean, front desk staff was very nice and welcomed me by my last name. Granted it was later in the evening that I arrived. Nonetheless a nice flashback to a service standard that you dont often experience these days. Great location. A 6 minute walk to the Alamo and 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk. You need to stay here when you come to San Antonio.
I travel for work and this spit has great service, very accommodating! Big thank you to Andre, pleasure to meet and wonderful host! The valet team was awesome, shout out to Anthony, JB & the valet team. They always hustled! Rooms were soundproof but the windows didn’t block much of the city noise below (sirens, horns, birds etc lol) great location for walking to everything downtown though!
My family and I have been to this hotel twice the last couple of months out of convenience. Both times Tommy has given the best service...even when we weren't too happy about our stay, he was sure to send us off with a smile on our faces. That young man needs a raise for being able to deal with so many different people and attitudes. Thank you Tommy for excellent service everytime!
The room was nice and the breakfast was typical. The staff was accommodating all 3 days we were there. The pool was broken and needed drained. I am ultra sensitive to pets so I likely won't stay here again. However, it was a nice find at a fair price, with the perfect location!! I'm glad I read the reviews about options for parking. I would not have wanted to pay $45 a day for valet parking.

The service stood out as excellent; the staff were friendly and professional throughout our visit. A heads-up for future guests: there's no self-parking available, so valet is the only option. While the valet service is on the pricier side, the team was very courteous and efficient. Our car was ready and waiting for us right when we checked out, which made for a smooth departure. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a solid choice if you're looking to stay downtown.
